Born in Rockhampton and raised across regional Queensland, the violin became a part of life early, with lessons beginning at the age of seven in Mount Isa. Music continued to be a central part of my life throughout high school, which I attended in Chinchilla, a little town known for its biennial watermelon festival (yes, you heard me correctly!)
From those early years, I have been fortunate to work with some of Australia’s finest musicians, including guidance from Concertmasters of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra. I was also selected multiple times for the State Honours Ensemble Program (SHEP) at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, a program that brings together leading young musicians from across Queensland for intensive ensemble training and performance.
While my training is grounded in classical performance, my true passion lies in translating that artistry into modern, meaningful wedding and event experiences from romantic pop ballads for the aisle to thoughtfully curated music that enhances the atmosphere of your day. I perform on professional-grade instruments with concert-quality sound equipment, ensuring every note is clear, balanced and beautifully present, no matter the space.
Just as importantly, I pride myself on creating a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. With a background as an executive assistant, I bring a calm, detail-oriented approach to every event. I guide couples through music selections, liaise with planners, celebrants, and DJs and ensure transitions flow naturally so you can remain fully present in the moments that matter most.
I believe music should feel grounded, intentional and human. The violin has been a constant in my life, a source of discipline, connection and expression. I am honoured to share that with couples on such a meaningful day.
